Rising 1st Grade Parent Evening

The NSWS Early Childhood Faculty is excited to host an informational evening for parents of children rising to 1st Grade next year.  Interested parents of 5-year olds are also welcome! Parents will learn about “first-grade readiness” and what a child does in his/her final year of kindergarten in preparation for the grades school. Teachers will share information about the grades curriculum, specifically 1st grade, and in what ways we can support children with the gift of Waldorf education.

This event is of utmost importance to parents with children turning six by April first. It also can be very informative for parents whose children will stay in kindergarten one more year, so we welcome them to attend, too.
