Admissions Application

Thank you for your interest in having Nevada Sage Waldorf School as a possible educational home for your child and family! It is our goal to make your child and family feel welcomed by our community. We look forward to supporting you through the admissions steps below.

Campus Tour

We request that all prospective parents begin the application process by attending an admissions tour. This gives you the opportunity to speak with a member of Administration about your educational desires for your children.

Please call (775) 447-0706 or email enrollment@nevadasagewaldorf.org to schedule a tour!

Submit an Application

Our application process, both for enrollment and Financial Aid, is submitted through an online system called TADS. The non-refundable application fee is $75 (per child).

TADS Application

Meeting with the Lead Teacher

Once your application is submitted, you will be contacted by a member of our Faculty to arrange a time to meet with you and your child.  This is a time to discuss any questions you have about the class and Waldorf education.

For grade school applicants, an assessment of your child will be completed. Afterward, the teacher will meet with you and discuss their observations.

Student Shadow/Assessment Meeting (Grades Only)

Applicants are invited to visit the school to meet with their teacher for an assessment. Afterward, the teacher will meet with you again to discuss their observations.

Acceptance

Once your child’s application has been accepted, completing enrollment is a two-step process:

  • Step 1: Completing the Enrollment Process
You will receive an email from TADS prompting you to complete your child’s enrollment. You will pay your child’s deposit at this time.
  • Step 2: Completing the Tuition Agreement
After you have completed enrollment, you will receive a tuition agreement sent to you via TADS. Tuition Assistance Awards will be communicated prior to this second step.
