Now Hiring | Spanish Language Teacher

Nevada Sage Waldorf School is seeking an experienced Spanish Language Teacher to join our school community for the 2024- 2025 school year.  Responsibilities include teaching 2 periods per week for four combined classes, 1st – 8th grades. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic teacher to work with children, ages 6.5 to 14 years old. Our class sizes are 15 or less students.

Our language teacher will be responsible for guiding each class with curriculum and activities that meet the needs of each developmental stage based on Waldorf pedagogy. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and formal experience teaching elementary and middle school students in a Waldorf environment and is committed to collegial collaboration, self-development, and a willingness to build a strong foreign language program for our expanding grade school.

Nevada Sage Waldorf School is located in the sunny Reno-Tahoe area between the foot of the magnificent Sierra Nevada mountain range and within the beautiful high desert.
