CARING FOR OUR SCHOOL COMMUNITY / ON-CAMPUS SAFETY PLAN HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS
This week’s Holiday Handmade Marketplace has been put on hold since the upper grades will not be on campus this week.
We have not determined a new date yet but as soon as we do, we will let you know.
Thank you for your understanding.
Our Annual Giving Campaign offers us the opportunity to affirm our mutual affection for our precious school, as well as support our outstanding faculty, administration, and exceptional programs that make us one of the highest quality nursery-8th grade schools in the state of Nevada.
In this season of Michaelmas, we call on our courage, strength, and might to lead us through the upcoming cold and dark winter months. We have affirmed through these past months that we can be flexible yet sturdy, creative, willing to accommodate, as well as be decisive. As faithful or capable as the Faculty, Administrators and Board members may be, they cannot solely support the school. Tuition alone does not fully cover the many and varied needs of our school to help us fulfill our mission.
“… to provide rigorous learning experiences that engage the mind, enliven the imagination, and honor the spiritual development of each child…”
This year’s campaign goal of $20,000 will help fund many aspects of our school including teacher training and facility needs. We understand that some families have experienced financial challenges. For those who can, please give generously. Regardless of the amount you can donate, we ask that you contribute to the Annual Giving Campaign as your participation is crucial. The future will be built upon our present contributions.
These are the qualities readily available to us in this season that can serve to shore up our resolve and bring us together in community, connected and whole, despite this time of physical distancing. As well, in our coming together for a worthy cause, we become greater versions of ourselves.
Regardless of the amount you can donate, we ask that you contribute to the annual giving campaign. Your participation is crucial.

Due to COVID-19 we were unable to hold our annual Spring Silent Auction in person so we are taking our auction online. Now more than ever we need your support as this pandemic has impacted our school and families.
You can help us reach our fundraising goals by having some fun bidding on some great items.
At Nevada Sage Waldorf School our goal is to make Waldorf education available to all children, regardless of financial circumstances.
Our school community embraces the joy of learning and provides an education that enlivens the whole child with rich experiences, daily and weekly rhythms, along with seasonal festivals that celebrate the passage of time with beauty, meaning, and purpose.
Nevada Sage Waldorf is a Nursery, Pre-Kindergarten, and Grades K-8 independent, nonsectarian school, and holds the status of a non-profit 501c3 private school receiving no assistance from the State of Nevada for our budget.
We operate our developing school on a tight budget funded by our parent body and generous donors to our Spring Silent Auction. Contributions from our families and friends help bridge the gap between tuition and the funds required to run our school.
Thank you for your continued support of Nevada Sage Waldorf School.
