Fostering Healthy Sexuality and Relationships in our Fast Paced, Media-Saturated World
with guest speaker, Megan Sullivan

This lively lecture is by donation.
(Adults Only – recommended for parents with children of all ages.)
The lecture is focused on fostering healthy communication between parents and children regarding sexuality. It is designed to prepare parents to meet the developmental needs of their child from a Waldorf perspective. Megan is dedicated to bringing reverence and respect to the healthy unfolding of human sexuality and relationships. This informative talk will give tools of empowerment to families as they navigate our oversexualized and media-saturated culture.
This evening will help support parents to:

  • Be prepared for questions before they come
  • Learn to hear what your child is really asking
  • Know what is appropriate at what age
  • Build open communication
  • Address safety and Internet issues

ABOUT MEGAN
Megan Sullivan began her teaching career in 1994. Megan’s passion is helping youth develop a healthy picture of sexuality and fostering healthy relationships. She has taught sex education in Waldorf schools in Australia and USA. Megan lives in Sacramento with her husband and 2 daughters and she is currently teaching Social Emotional Learning at Sacramento Waldorf School.
