Marisol Espinoza

Early Childhood Assistant
Continuing Care

Miss Marisol was born and raised in Carson City, Nevada. She graduated from Carson High School in 2010 and from Western Nevada College in 2018 with an Associate of Arts. She always had a passion for working with other students and found herself as a teacher’s assistant all throughout her schooling, as early as 5th grade.

She began working as a Special Education Paraprofessional at a local middle school, which only further confirmed her desire to teach and work with children.  She then became a licensed substitute teacher for the Washoe County School District while in pursuit of her bachelor’s in Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Community Health Sciences.

She is enthusiastic to learn more about Waldorf’s approach to education, as she understands the importance of establishing a genuine connection and providing nurture and support to each individual child and their family.
She also looks forward to bringing her creative energy and innovative ideas to the office while working alongside the administration as the Enrollment Coordinator.

During her free time Marisol enjoys being outdoors, hiking, roller-skating with her two sons, and cuddling with her cat, Salem.
