Audrey Simmons

Lead Kindergarten | Aspen

Miss Audrey grew up in the tri-state area enjoying most of her free time outdoors swimming, horseback riding, snowboarding, ice skating, and hiking. She graduated from Manhattanville College in New York with a BA in Sociology and Anthropology and an MA in Teaching before moving to Florida to begin her career as an elementary school teacher. Along the way, Audrey discovered yoga and meditation and soon became a certified yoga teacher.

In 2016, she packed up her RV and took a cross-country trip to start a new chapter in Carson City. She quickly fell in love with Northern Nevada and found her new teaching home here at Nevada Sage. Audrey is now completing her Waldorf teacher training at Gradalis in Denver, Colorado and is excited to bring all she is learning to the classroom.
