Ana Rincon

Lead Nursery
Acorn

Miss Ana was born in Michoacan, Mexico spending her early years outside, exploring the beautiful nature in her hometown. She loved visiting the monarch sanctuary with her family and remembers cooking tortillas over the campfire while on long bike rides with her father.

Ana moved to Reno with her family when she was 17 where she graduated from Galena High School. Ana is a natural-born artist. From visual and body art to music, she does it all. Her interest in Hindu and Egyptian cultures inspired her to become a self-taught henna artist right here in Reno. She also plays both the hand drum and the Native American flute. The children at Nevada Sage Waldorf School love listening to her play these beautiful instruments out on our play yard. When she is not working, Ana enjoys spending time with her daughter hiking around Lake Tahoe and relaxing at the hot springs. Ana found Nevada Sage Waldorf School in 2018 and worked in our Early Childhood Continuing Care Program. This year, you will find her working alongside our school’s founder, Miss Martie, in our Acorn Nursery class.
